The GORUCK 12-Hour Team Challenge is a team building event that took inspiration from the U.S.Army Special Operations (Green Berets), Special Forces Assessment and Selection Course. The Team challenge is designed to bring participants from all walks of life, friends, family and strangers alike and instill team building, leadership and effective communications. Just like a Special Forces candidate, participants are put together not knowing one another and are provided with missions that will stress individuals physically, mentally capacity. On occasion we have also affected our participants both emotionally and spiritually.

All events are led by the U.S. Special Operations person who provides training, advising, and mentorship. Our Special Forces instructors draw from their extensive combat experience, and combat training missions.

There are some unknowns about the event that is on purpose!

Here is what is guaranteed to happen at an event:

  • You will at times carry heavy stuff besides the standard weight that is in your rucksack.

  • You will learn something new about yourself and you will meet new people.

  • You will do some burpees and man-makers along the way.

  • You will not quit!!!

  • You will have fun, even in our darkest moments we learn to laugh and so will you!!!

  • You will earn a piece of 2x3 cloth at the end, which will mean more to you because it is earned and will never be sold.
