Now’s your chance to find out.
Shadow Selection gives you a shot to test yourself against real evolutions from this year's GORUCK Selection. Three different evolutions, each designed to push you physically and mentally, without the full commitment.
Sign up for one, or take on all three. Finish in time to catch the Shark Attack, if anyone makes it that long.
Show up. See where you stand. Earn the patch.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
- 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM Evolution #1
- 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM Evolution #2
- 10:00 AM -10:30 AM Evolution #3
WHAT TO BRING - REQUIRED
- A rucksack (Rucker recommended)
- Ruck Plate (or equivalent) in your rucksack = You pick the weight
- Sandbag (20-80lbs)-You can bring more than one weight.
Some exercises go better with more or less weight.
The choice will be yours, what to use, and when
- Water/Hydration. 1L minimum required. Hydration Bladder and a Nalgene bottle recommended.
