About this event

TEAM TACTICS NIGHT - LEVEL 4

Night Operations: Shooting, Moving, and Communicating with a Small Squad through Darkened Rooms, Halls, and Structural Configurations while Effectively Engaging Live Threats.

This course offers an intensive, scenario-based experience typically reserved for special operations units and law enforcement tactical teams, focused specifically on night operations. Team Tactics (Force on Force) Rifle will start with foundational night drills to acclimate participants to low-light firing techniques, cover usage, movement, and communication under darkness. By the end of the course, shooters will be advancing in small squads, confidently executing team maneuvers in low-visibility conditions, and laying down accurate, effective fire on target with night vision and low-light equipment.

This course utilizes the semi automatic AR-15 platform. Please note that this course will utilize simunition, therefore no ammo will be necessary, but you will need to bring your own MIL SPEC AR-15 platform rifle. Due to the use of simunition bolts in your rifle, folding stocks, piston rifles and 300BLK are prohibited.  Mil Spec buffers required.

CAPSTONE WEEKEND

This event is one of the GORUCK SHOOTER CAPSTONE WEEKEND events.

A Capstone weekend is an intense series of back-to-back events crafted to challenge the elite — those who’ve proven their tactical grit and sharp decision-making under pressure. It’s a chance for Cadre to push participants to the edge of their skills in high-stakes, dynamic scenarios that demand accuracy, endurance, and real-world readiness. This isn’t basic training; it’s where like-minded warriors come to refine their craft and sharpen their edge.

MINIMUM ENTRY FIREARM REQUIREMENTS

Must have completed Counter Active Shooter (Rifle-Day) - L2. This course requires moving and shooting, use of cover, team communication and CQB within structures. Equivalent entry requirements training would be received by an LEO or military combat arms.

This course is not recommended for beginners.
Participants should already be proficient in the following skills:

  • Shoot 80% on a 30 round course of fire from 25 meters

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES

In an effort to put participants in the right mindset we perform short duration physical stressors throughout the training day. All courses develop skill sets that would be utilized in a high stress, worst case scenario.
