Saturday, February 18, 2023 17:00FIGHT is self-defense training. We use rubber knives and plastic non-guns for disarming movements. The focus is on complementing GORUCK Firearms Training live fire courses. FIGHT courses will include basic combatives and knife defenses. You will learn common defenses used by US and Israeli security establishments and gain understanding to practice these lessons with your battle buddy.
The duration of this course is 2-3 hours (depending on class size).WHAT TO BRING
