GORUCK Takeover Workout - Nashville, TN

If you are not able to attend your event we just ask that you provide a 30 day notice from the event date. 

We require a 30 day notice since it takes a significant amount of planning and logistical tasks to put on an event that meets the standard. With that said, GORUCK HQ and the Cadre need enough time and an accurate headcount to ensure a well-run event. This policy applies to all of our events. 

Below are the three options that can be exercised 30 days prior to any event: 

• Option 1 - Transfer your registration to a different event. Currently you can transfer your registration to any other event. 
• Option 2 - Know someone that would want to do an event? Transfer your event registration value to a friend! 
• Option 3 - Contact us at team@goruck.com to receive a refund for the event registration. (This option is not applicable if it is notated on the event registration page that the event is non-refundable due to it being a special event or special promotion)

Please note that if a voucher or coupon/promo code was used to register for the event then the above options do not apply and the registration will be forfeited.
