Hi! I’m Ashley, a multifaceted fitness professional with a rich background in both military service (UA Army Airborne Combat Veteran) and athletic achievements. Transitioning from military to civilian life, I have pursued my passion for fitness and education. I hold my MS in Kinesiology and am an adjunct professor at George Mason University. My professional certifications include CSCS, TSAC-F, IFBB Pro, RYT200, NASM-PBC, and USAW-1. I am the founder of Go to Grow Fitness, LLC, where I have been coaching since 2007.
