If you are not able to attend your event we just ask that you provide a 30 day notice from the event date. 

We require a 30 day notice since it takes a significant amount of planning and logistical tasks to put on an event that meets the standard. With that said, GORUCK HQ and the Cadre need enough time and an accurate headcount to ensure a well-run event. This policy applies to all of our events. 

If you are more than 30 days from your event, you can write to us at team@goruck.com and we will be more than happy to issue you a refund and cancel your event registration. Just let us know the event you wish to cancel and receive a refund for before 30 days and we will take care of that for you right away.
